Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of the items, we sell, were unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff. Please use the contact page to report any defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave us, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
We value the health and wellbeing of our customers and guarantee that such products purchased are new and shipped directly from us to you. Exclusions include:
* All adult toys
* Bondage
* Novelties
* Essentials (e.g. lubes, oils and sexual aids).
We do not offer satisfaction returns. We kindly advise reading all the information about the item carefully before purchasing it.

Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to health and safety regulations, all adult novelty sales are final. We will gladly replace any defective merchandise within the initial 30-day period from purchase.

If your product is rechargeable:
* Ensure the product is fully charged.
* Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger.
* Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on.
* For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.
If your product is battery operated:
* Ensure you are using the correct batteries.
* Ensure the batteries have been inserted correctly.
* Try new batteries.

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us to let us know of the issue. Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned. We will not accept any return without one. It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
